End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and ZenNest regarding your use of our mobile application (the "App").

1. Acknowledgement

This Agreement is between you and ZenNest only, and not with Apple, Google, or any other app store provider. ZenNest is solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. License Grant

ZenNest grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Content and Services

The App provides meditation and relaxation audio content. This content is for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit permission from ZenNest.

4. No Medical Advice

The App and its content are for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assignment, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ZenNest or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ZenNest expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZenNest or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App).

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or ZenNest. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from ZenNest if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
